We’ve created a matcha that’s made to become a natural part of your daily routine. Zenzi Daily Matcha is our new everyday matcha – simple, delicious and perfect in a latte, day after day.

What Is Zenzi Daily Matcha?

Daily is a matcha from the first harvest in Aichi, Japan. The leaves are shade-grown and stone-ground into a fine powder. The result is a soft, round and balanced flavour with a light nutty undertone and a clear, green colour. No additives and vegan.

Made for the Latte

Daily is our everyday option and works best blended with milk. Whisk it up into a latte, hot or cold, or shake it with ice in a shaker. You can of course also drink it whisked in a bowl if you prefer.

How to Make a Matcha Latte with Daily

1. Add 2 g of matcha to a bowl.
2. Add around 40 ml of water at 70–80°C and whisk into a smooth paste with no lumps.
3. Pour the matcha over warm or cold milk and stir.

💡 Let boiled water rest for about a minute before adding it to the matcha. Water that’s too hot makes matcha more bitter.

How Does It Differ from Ceremonial?

The difference lies in the shade-growing period. Zenzi Ceremonial Matcha is shade-grown for longer, resulting in a sweeter, smoother and more refined flavour with more pronounced umami and lower astringency. Ceremonial is our original matcha – best when you want to enjoy matcha as it is, or in an extra indulgent latte.
